2 cups cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons tequila
1 stick butter
1. Puree 2 cups cilantro leaves with juice of 1 lime and 2 tablespoons tequila...
2. Whip slightly-softened butter in mixer.
3. Fold in cilantro mixture.
4. Generously spread butter on corn...wrap in husk and warm in oven.
