Corn on the cob with tequila lime cilantro butter

Chef Bruce Bogartz makes a fun butter topping for your summer corn.

Ingredients

2 cups cilantro leaves

1 lime

2 tablespoons tequila

1 stick butter

Directions

1. Puree 2 cups cilantro leaves with juice of 1 lime and 2 tablespoons tequila...

2. Whip slightly-softened butter in mixer.

3. Fold in cilantro mixture.

4. Generously spread butter on corn...wrap in husk and warm in oven.
