Crunchy Onion Chicken


2 cups French's Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions

1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix


4 - Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 egg, beaten


Place the Onions and 2 tblsp. of the ranch dressing mix in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.

Dip the chicken into flour and then into the beaten egg then coat with the crumbs.

Place chicken on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for about

20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Makes 4 servings
