Banana Pudding Cheesecake

1 regular box Vanilla wafers

1/4 lb Butter, melted

24 oz cream cheese, softened

16 oz mascarpone cheese, softened

4 oz sour cream

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 Tbs vanilla

2 mashed bananas

2 eggs + 3 yolks


Crush vanilla wafers and add melted butter. Press into greased 10' springform pan. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes to set crust. Set aside to cool.


In large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, sour cream, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Mix together until smooth, add bananas, eggs, and extra egg yolks. Pour into cooled crust and bake at 325 for about an hour, or until set.
