Pineapple, Strawberry, and Banana Yogurt Cake

Heather Grubb makes a fruit and yogurt cake perfect for summertime!


1 1/2 cups flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt

3 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 banana

1/2 cup diced strawberries

1/2 cup diced pineapple

1/2 cup oil

1/2 qt heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup sugar


Combine all of the wet ingredients with the sugar. Then mix in the dry ingredients. Add the oil last. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes in three 6 in. round greased pans.

Combine cream and sugar and whip using an electric mixer.
