Mint Julep and Derby Wine Cocktail

Mint Julep

Place mint leaves into pewter cup, then pour .5 oz simple syrup

Muddle well to dissolve the sugar and release the mint's oil and aromas

Add 2.5 oz Jim Beam Single Barrel Bourbon

Fill with crushed ice and stir well

Garnish with the mint sprig

Derby Wine Cocktail

For a light and refreshing twist on the traditional Mint Julep, muddle mint in the bottom of glass or pitcher, fill the container halfway with ice, and then add one part 14 Hands Hot to Trot White Blend and one part ginger ale. Garnish with a mint sprig and enjoy!
