Peach Buttermilk Pancakes


2 cups Bisquick Baking Mix

2 tblsp. sugar

2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1 1/2 cups buttermilk

1 egg

1 1/2 cups finely chopped peaches


Sweetened Whipped Cream

Sliced Peaches

Additional ground cinnamon


1. In a medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon. Add

buttermilk and egg stirring with a fork or whisk until well blended. Gently fold

in chopped peaches.

2. Heat griddle or skillet over medium high heat. Grease or use non-stick spray to

prevent sticking. For each pancake pour about 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle.

Cook until edges are dry and bubbles form on top. Turn and cook on other side

until golden brown.

3. Serve pancakes with whipped cream and sliced peaches and sprinkle with
