Pumpkin Pancakes


1 cup Local Pumpkin, seeded & roasted
1 cup Whole Milk
2 tbsp Butter, melted
1 Egg
2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/8 tsp Freshly Ground Nutmeg
Pinch Ground Cloves
1 tsp Real Vanilla
Mix these ingredients well, use a stick blender to puree your pumpkin.

Separately Mix:
1 1/4 cup Organic Plain Flour
1 tbsp Baking Powder
Fold Flour mixture into wet mixture with spoon.


Ladle 4 oz. of batter onto hot buttered griddle. Serve with Real Maple Syrup.
