Baked Potato Dip

2 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese ( mild or sharp)
8 slices bacon, fried crisp and chopped finely
1/3 cup freshly chopped chives

Stir together sour cream and cheese.  Stir in bacon just before serving.  Garnish with chives.

For the dippers:
Waffle fries from the grocers freezer, cooked according to package directions. 
Ruffle potato chips
