Big Kahuna Poppers


· 12 fresh jalapeno peppers

· 8 ounces cream cheese

· 2 tbsp BKW Original Gourmet Blend

· 1 tsp Cilantro

· 1 cup mixed shredded cheese

· 2 (16oz) packages bacon

· 24 toothpicks


1. Preheat oven to 450°

2. Cut peppers in half long-ways

3. Remove seeds from peppers

4. In bowl, mix cream cheese, cilantro, shredded cheese, and BKW Original until blended together

5. Fill each pepper with the cream cheese mix

6. Wrap peppers with 1 slice of bacon and secure with toothpick

7. Place peppers on baking sheet and place in oven

8. Cook peppers for 10-15 minutes or until bacon is fully cooked

9. Remove and serve when cooled

10. Enjoy!!
