3 cups self rising flour
2 T sugar
1 12oz beer
Pour beer in container and let bubbles go out. Combine flour and sugar. Stir in beer. Put into greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Cheesy Onion: add to batter 3/4 cup chopped sauteed onions and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Out into pan, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and seas salt.
Herb: add to batter 1 t each of basil, oregano, garlic and rosemary. Put into pan and sprinkle with sea salt.
Jalapeno Cheese: to batter add 1/2 cup drained and chopped jalapenos and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Put in pan and sprinkle with a few jalapenos and cheese.
