Mango Lassi

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Mango Pulp
  • ¼ cup minced ripe Mango
  • ½ cup Yogurt or Greek Yogurt
  • Sugar to taste
  • Ice
  • Mint to garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. In blender add ice, mango pulp, minced mango, yogurt and one teaspoon sugar.
  2. Blend.
  3. Add additional sugar if needed. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
