Mango Mint Salsa

1 cup diced pineapple, cut into 1/4 inch pieces

1/2 cup mango, diced into 1/4 inch pieces

1/4 cup diced red onion

mint ribbons, 1/8 inch

1/2 lime, juiced

dash kosher salt

Mix all ingredients together. Great served over blackened or grilled salmon.
