6 freshly shucked oysters on the half shell
1 cup whipped heavy cream to firm peaks
1/4 cup chopped smoked salmon
1 T. chopped capers
1 T. minced shallot
1 tsp. old bay seasoning
Fold together all ingredients except oysters in mixing bowl, being sure not to deflate whipped cream......spoon tablespoon of mixture into the oyster shell, on top or oyster and place in 400 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Remove and serve on rock salt bed.
