Pimento Cheese and Spicy Bacon Sandwiches

Make your bacon, drain and blot grease off. While warm sprinkle with sweet heat seasoning, and set aside.

In a large bowl combine:

  • 1 1/2 cups sweet mayo
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 16 oz. shredded extra sharp cheddar
  • 16 oz. shredded pepperjack
  • 1 pound Velveeta
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 oz. chopped pementos

Mix by hand until everything is incorporated. Place on bread, top with bacon, and add lettuce and tomato.
