Pina Colada Salad

1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 small package instant coconut pie filling
1/2 cup shredded coconut
3 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
1/3 cup sugar
1 98 ounce) carton Extra Creamy Cool Whip, thawed

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended.  Cover and chill until serving time.
