Pumpkin Masala


1 tsp oil

1 tsp mustard seeds

1 green chili

2 gloves of chopped garlic

Few curry leaves

Pumpkin peeled deseeded and cut in cubes

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp cumin powder

Mint leaves to garnish


Lime juice


Heat oil in a skillet. Add mustard seeds, green chili and garlic sauté. Add curry leaves. Sauté and add chopped pumpkin. Add turmeric, red chili powder and cumin powder. Stir, Cover and let cook for 15 mins. Season with salt and like juice.

Serve warm garnished with mint leaves.
