Pumpkin Spice Wedding Cookies


1 cup unsalted butter - softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon all spice
2 cups plain flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy.  Add water and vanilla and mix well.  Add the spices, flour, & pecans mixing well after each addition.  Drop by teaspoons onto baking sheet.  Bake at 350 degrees for 16 minutes.  Cool for 2 minutes then roll in a mixture of 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Enjoy!
