Peaches and Cream biscuits

Ingredients:
3 cups Bisquick
1/4 cup sugar
2 fresh peaches, coarsely chopped
3 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup whipping cream

Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 & 1/2 or whipping cream

Directions:

Miss Olivia's Table is located at 1108 W Broadway Avenue in Maryville, phone is (865) 983-7711Preheat oven to 425°. Spray a jelly roll pan with Pam. Combine bisquick, sugar, melted butter and whipping cream. Fold in peaches. Spread dough evenly in prepared pan. Pat out a rectangle about one inch thick. Score with a pizza cutter to 15 pieces. Bake until golden.
Combine cream and powdered sugar. Drizzle over warm biscuits. Serve warm with peach preserves if desired.
