2 T butter, melted
¼ C honey
2 T. Dijon Mustard
½ T. salt
1/2 T. Garam masala or curry powder
2 tsp. corn starch
3 lbs. chicken breast, boneless, skinless-- cut into 4-ounce pieces (about 3 breast halves)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken pieces in a 13x9 pan that had been covered with cooking spray. Mix all the ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake for 25 min.
Place chicken on a plate and pour sauce over the top. Serve with rice or bread and broccoli on the side.
