Tennessee Catfish Wraps with Slaw



3 cups Red cabbage, thinly sliced

¼ cup Mayo replacement

1 ½ T. Cider vinegar

1 tsp. Coconut sugar

Combine all ingredients and set aside.


1 T. AP flour

1 tsp. Black pepper

1 tsp. Garlic powder

1 T. Paprika

¼ tsp. Red pepper

1 ½ tsp. Thyme .

1 ½ tsp. Oregano

4( 6oz) Catfish fillets

1-2 T. of Coconut oil

4 Sprouted grain tortillas

Combine flour through oregano in a low dish. Add Coconut oil to pan on med high heat. Dredge each fillet in flour mix. Add to hot pan & saute' until done. Heat Tortillas; add fish & slaw to each.
