Chicken Salad

2 chicken breast halves, cooked and chopped

1/4 cup finely chopped celery

4 green onions, finely chopped

2 Tablespoons chopped walnuts, toasted is most flavorful

2 Tablespoons finely chopped Craisins

1 apple, finely diced

8-10 red or green seedless grapes, quartered

5-6 tablespoons good mayonnaise

1 teaspoon curry

1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill at least one hour.
