Tennessee's Blue Book is now orange for Pat Summitt

The newest edition of the Tennessee's Blue Book sports a different color.

Tennessee Secretary of State Tre Hargett dedicated the government manual to Lady Vols basketball head coach emeritus Pat Summitt at the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame.

The Blue Book's trademark color is replaced with orange in honor of Summitt and her contributions to UT and Alzheimer's research.

"That's the ultimate history maker. We've seen the last four decades in our great state what a difference she's made as an ambassador in basketball, as an ambassador for Alzheimer's research, and an ambassador quite frankly for what Tennessee is: our grit, determination, discipline and courage demonstrates to all of us," said Hargett.

The Blue Book provides detailed information on Tennessee state government... as well as the federal government, Tennessee history and election statistics.
