A new study shows Tennessee women are paid less than men in every Congressional district in the state.
The National Partnership for Women and Families released the study Thursday.
A spokesperson says Census data shows women in our state are paid only 80 cents for every dollar men make. That comes out to an average around $8,000 less than men in the same job.
