Knox County will be opening three additional locations for the final three days of early voting.

"We're expecting this to be the largest gubernatorial election in the history of Knox County," said Greg Mackay, administrator of elections in Knox County.  "Over 130,000 people are going to vote and we expect more than half to vote early."

Mackay encouraged voters to view sample ballots before arriving at the polls.  He also said those who have changed their address or moved within the county should vote early.

"If you're registered to vote in Knox County but changed your address or are unsure about which ballots you need, it is best to vote early," said Mackay.  "That is the best way to make sure we will have the time and people available to make sure you are using the correct ballot."
