According to the Morgan County Sheriff's Department, James "Bubba" Kilby III is now charged with 1 count of attempted 1st degree murder. He is being held without bond at this time.
A man wanted for questioning in a shooting Thursday morning in Morgan County is in custody.
Sheriff Glen Freytag says James "Bubba" Kilby III was taken into custody in Roane County without incident.
Investigators are releasing very little information, other than that the shooting happened at a home on Oak Lawn Drive in Oakdale. Aaron Turner, 26, was shot, and went to another residence on Adams Court for help. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
They are still not releasing the circumstances of the shooting.
The Morgan County Sheriff's office is searching for James "Bubba" Kilby III in connection with a shooting in the Oakdale area Thursday morning.
He is reported to be in a Ford F-150 pickup gray on blue on gray in color with a red stripe going down the center of the vehicle.
He is described as being 5'8", weighing around 208 lbs., with blue eyes and black hair.

According to Morgan County dispatchers, sheriff deputies and other officials are investigating a shooting in the Oakdale community.
Officials say the call came in around 6:00 a.m.
