In addition to the foot traffic at the 7th Healthy Living Expo, you'll see a lot of people riding around on 2, even 4 wheels. Both are new to the event.

The Rhoades Car is a 4-wheel bike that drives like a car. It's made in Hendersonville, Tennessee. There are variety of models from a single passenger bike to a bicycles built for 2.

The Zike is dubbed the ride of the future. Basically, it's a stair step machine and a bicycle all in one. It's an intense workout you can take outdoors. However, the Zike does require coordination and balance.

The Healthy Living Expo runs from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Saturday at the Knoxville Convention Center.
