A Roane County grand jury has upped the charges against a man in a deadly bar fight.
Eric Gallahar is now charged with voluntary manslaughter and aggravated assault in the death of David Harvey. He was originally charged with reckless homicide.

A weekend bar fight in Roane County left one man dead and another behind bars.
According to Chief Deputy Tim Phillips, investigators were called to the Grill and Pub Bar on Harriman Highway on Saturday morning around 2 a.m.
They found David Harvey dead on a grassy area near the bar. He had been beaten and likely died from a blow to the head.
Investigators arrested Erick Gallahar. He is charged with reckless homicide.
Chief Phillips says the Grill and Pub bar is a constant source of fights and drug dealing.
