65-year-old Ralph M. Williams of Lafollette was killed when his 1994 Geo was hit by a
pick-up truck making a turn into Williams' path on Old Middlesboro
Highway Wednesday afternoon according to a Tennessee Highway Patrol report.
The driver of the pick-up truck was identified as 25-year-old Richard T. Spahn also of LaFollette. Spahn was not injured in the accident. He has been cited for failure to exercise due care and not wearing a seatbelt.
