The Museum
of Appalachia's July 4th Celebration and Anvil Shoot recreates an
old-fashioned Independence Day with the ever-dramatic anvil shoot,
authentic old-time music, patriotic ceremonies, demonstrations of
pioneer skills, and a summertime picnic! Activities begin at 10am and
run till 3:30pm. Order tickets for the 4th of July Celebration by phone
