The Women's
Basketball Hall of Fame is an international museum dedicated to
preserving the history of the game, and is the only facility of its kind
dedicated to all levels of women's basketball in the world. So whether
you are looking for inspiration, education or just plain fun, the
Women's Basketball Hall of Fame is the place to find it! The Hall is a
bright fun-filled facility with multimedia presentations and numerous
basketball artifacts, photographs, scrapbooks, medals, trophies and
uniforms that bring the history of women's basketball to life. From the
interactive ball courts, to the Modern Locker Room exhibit where you can
watch a halftime chat from Hall of Fame coaches Geno Auriemma, Andy
Landers and Sylvia Hatchell, Teresa Edwards' gold medal exhibit, the
All-America Red Heads limousine exhibit, and a special exhibit
celebrating Hall of Famer Pat Summitt's 1,000th victory, the WBHOF has
something for everyone.
