The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has identified the man and woman found dead Thursday in Morgan County.
Janell Lamance, 38, of Sunbright and Gary Hall, 57, were found dead in a home in Wartburg. Both worked at the Morgan County Regional Prison.
TBI says the deaths appeared to be a murder-suicide, though investigators have not released any further details about the shootings. Investigators say Hall made a 911 call from the home.
Autopsies are being performed Friday.

Authorities in Morgan County are investigating the deaths of two people.
A man and a woman were found shot at a home on Meadowview Drive in Wartburg.
The sheriff's department said someone in the home made a 911 call for help.
An investigator says both worked for the Department of Correction, but so far their names and relationship to one another are not being released.
The investigator does say it appears one person shot the other.
The sheriff's department expects to release the names once relatives are notified.
