If boaters are looking for a tasty treat on the water, they now have a new business that will bring ice cream to them.
The company is called IceCream Floats, LLC. The company is using its boat on Fort Loudoun Lake and the Tennessee River, serving novelty ice cream to other boaters.
It works like an ice cream truck. IceCream Floats workers blast ice cream truck music from their pontoon while driving around the lake.
This is the company's first week in business. Workers say people are already liking it because it gives them a pleasant surprise and a sweet treat on a hot day.
The company doesn't just help boaters. They also help charities around the country including Women Getting Real, a women's ministry in Knoxville, and Lasting Impressions which helps young children in Zimbabwe.
