Area sheriffs took over $1.9 million worth of marijuana off the street Wednesday.

In an elaborate investigation, Fentress County sheriffs uncovered the pot in a Pine Haven residence.

The home concealed a grow house containing more than 250 marijuana plants in various stages of growth.

Two out-of-state individuals were arrested in the bust, and the investigation is still ongoing.
