Two people are dead after their car hit a tractor.
THP says the accident happened Wednesday afternoon on Highway 25E in Claiborne County. They say the car crossed the center line into oncoming traffic and hit the tractor.
The driver of the car, Dennis R. Parker of Tazewell, and the passenger, Justin Hunt of New Tazewell, both died.
The driver of the tractor had minor injuries.
