Dads and their families had a chance to see a classic on the big screen this Father's Day.
The Tennessee Theatre held a special showing of "The Godfather" as part of their Summer Movie Magic event.
Organizers say it's a great way to see these classic films on the big screen again, or for the first time.
"This is an opportunity for people to get to see it on the big screen one more time," said Executive Director of the Tennessee Theatre, Tom Cervone. "This doesn't happen very often. Everyone has been Netflixing it and watching it on DVD but today you get to see it in the theater with live organ music prior to the show, so yea what a wonderful way to spend Father's Day."
Summer Movie Magic continues throughout the summer with classics such as "Psycho" and "Casablanca."
