A Cumberland County couple is now charged with animal cruelty, after a raid at their home this summer.

A grand jury indicted Thomas Uchytil and his wife Marci Uchytil on charges of cruelty to animals.

Marci Uchytil is also charged with obstruction of a legal writ, for allegedly interfering with officers at the scene.

Deputies served a search warrant at the couple's home on Fox Road back in June and found 33 dogs.  Some were in the homen while others were tied to trees and fences.
