The Knox County Sheriff's Office has released the names of the man and woman found shot to death inside their West Knox County apartment on Thursday.

Autopsies are scheduled for Alan Ollis, 50, and Cindy Jo Flanary, 48, who lived in Heritage Lake Apartments.  Authorities do not believe a third party was involved in their deaths.

The bodies were discovered by Flanary's son, Daniel Hood, who is a UT football player.  Investigators say his grandmother asked him to check on his mother after she couldn't reach her for several days.

Hood told investigators he noticed his mother's car was in the parking lot when he went to the apartment, so he forced his way inside when no one answered the door.  He found his mother and Ollis lying on the bathroom floor, and called 911.
