Knox County deputies are looking for a man who fired a gun at his neighbor Friday morning on East Perry Road.
A sheriff's office report shows Fred Roger Claxton told deputies that he saw Steve Hamilton walking up and down a driveway on another neighbor's property.
Claxton walked out on his back porch and Hamilton looked toward him at the end of the driveway.
Claxton told deputies that Hamilton pulled out a handgun, racked the slide, pointed it at him and fired three shots into the ground near him.
Hamilton took off before deputies arrived.
Investigators recovered shell casings from the area where Claxton had been standing.
