While the Supreme Court upheld the health care law, it struck down another law that made lying about military honors a crime.
Congress passed the law in 2006.
The case before the court involved a man named Xavier Alvarez. He was accused of breaking the law when he ran for public office in California, and claimed he received the Medal of Honor, but he didn't.
The Supreme Court ruled six-to-three in favor of Alvarez, saying the law violated free speech under the First Amendment.
