Just in time for Fourth of July travelers, all lanes of I-40 in Cocke County are back open.
A rockslide shut down the westbound lanes near mile marker 450 back in February, and one lane had been shut down since.
TDOT says it reopened that lane a few days ago. However, they say some work to stabilize the slope is ongoing, so there may be temporary lane closures, and drivers should be careful.
