The city of Loudon is the newest entry on the list of places postponing Fourth of July fireworks displays.
Athens, LaFollette and Corbin Kentucky have already cancelled or postponed theirs.
Officials blame the extreme heat and dry conditions.
Loudon's parade will still be held and scheduled.
Extreme heat and dry conditions have prompted officials with the City of LaFollette to postpone their Independence Day fireworks display.
Mayor Mike Stanfield said it is too dangerous to set off fireworks. The show was planned for Tuesday July 3.
Stanfield said they plan to reschedule the show for a later date.
Unrelenting heat has caused other cities to postpone their shows as well.
