It was a warm night for a run along Knoxville's waterfront, but that never stops adults and kids from stretching their legs this time of year.
A big crowd came out for the 28th Pilot Fireball Moonlite Classic.
The Knoxville Track Club event started with a 200-yard dash for so-called "Little Firecracker Kids."
That was followed by a 5K walk and run.
The race ended with awards for winners in various age groups.
