Beer lovers have a chance to not only taste some special brews but also learn about beer.
Craft beer brewers and retailers like the Casual Pint will be featured at the Brewer's Summit next Friday.
Tennessee head brewers will discuss beer, a cheese expert will pair beers with artisan cheeses, and of course you'll sample craft beers.
Brewer's Summit organizer Aaron Carson said, "It is going to be a good time but it's going to be an educational time as well. So you learn about the beer, you have the pairings, we've got Nama sushi involved, Pizza Kitchen, so a lot of pairing with food, also the cheese. We have a discussion with the brewers, Tennessee trivia. It's going to be a good time for everybody."
The Brewer's Summit is Friday the 13th at 6:30 pm at the Bearden Banquet Hall.
Tickets can be purchased online for $45. The price includes a souvenir t-shirt and tasting glass. Attendance is limited to 150 people.
