KPD searches for CVS armed robbery suspect

Knoxville Police officers are looking for a man, they say robbed a pharmacy at gunpoint.

It happened at the CVS Pharmacy located at 4325 Asheville Highway.

According to KPD a white male entered the business, picked up a pack of gum, and approached the register.

The suspect then pulled a pistol and demanded the clerk empty the cash drawer. The clerk handed over money. The suspect made off with a very small amount of cash.

He is described as a white male with dirty blonde, curly hair and a lazy right eye. He is 5' 7"- 5'11" and has several small tattoos on his left forearm plus a cross on his right forearm. He was wearing a red shirt and plaid shorts.
