A Roane County man is accused of fondling himself in front of children at a local park.
According to the arrest warrant, on June 30, a deputy responding to several complaints arrested Brendon Seth Luffman, 28, of Harriman at the Roane County Park.
Several witnesses told the deputy that Luffman was in the water, masturbating while watching several children swim nearby. They also said he made some inappropriate comments to some of the young girls.
Luffman is out of jail on a $1000 bond.
