Suspects arrested in armed robbery where victim was shot with BB gun

A Knoxville man and teenager are now charged with an armed robbery that ended with the victim being shot with a BB gun.

According to Knoxville Police, Terry Stewart, 18, was arrested on July 27 and charged with aggravated robbery.

A 16-year-old suspect was tracked down Wednesday night at the Regency Inn on Magnolia Avenue.  When officers approached, they say the teen jumped from the second floor and ran.  He was caught after a brief pursuit and charged with aggravated robbery.

KPD and UTPD are asking for help identifying to suspects believed to be connected to a recent armed robbery in the Fort Sanders area.

On July 18, a victim was robbed, then shot, with a BB gun.

The first suspect is described as a black male, 5 foot 8 inches tall, with a black afro. He was wearing dark athletic shorts and a red t-shirt with the word "NO" on the front.

The second suspect is described as a white male, 5 foot 7 inches tall, with a dark blonde crew cut. He was wearing dark athletic shorts and a white tank top.
