Derek Dooley says Tennessee is big on the first impression, and he's expecting the new football facility on campus will blow recruits away.
He gave the media a tour of the new building on campus Friday.
It's state-of-the-art, with a weight room that will record and track every life a player does, hydrotherapy, a restaurant, nutrition center, team meeting room, and more. It even has a place to dry your wet cleats.
The goal was for the building to have everything a football player would need.
