The congregation of a church damaged by vandals will be able to hold services Sunday.
Someone vandalized Lee Heights Baptist Church in Lenoir City, causing an estimated $10,000 in damage.
When members arrived for services Wednesday night, they found paint, food and toys scattered around the building. Vandals also smeared feces on the wall and urinated in the rooms.
According to Lee Heights' pastor, they've cleaned everything up enough to hold services Sunday, but some things still need to be replaced.
The church had planned homecoming events this weekend. Those events have been postponed.
