A fuel truck crash snarled traffic in West Knoxville for much of Sunday afternoon.
It happened around 9 a.m. on East Weisgarber Road near the intersection of Middlebrook Pike.
A Pilot fuel truck flipped onto its side and was leaking fuel, according to dispatchers.
Traffic was still being affected at 3:30 pm.
