Tex-Mex restaurant Chuy's opens its doors Tuesday at 11 a.m. It will be the chain's first Knoxville location.
It's located right in front of the new Kroger Marketplace at Cedar Bluff Road and Kingston Pike.
The Austin, Texas-based chain is known for its authentic and fresh food.
Chuy's Knoxville owner promises an entertaining atmosphere and great food made from scratch daily.
The restaurant plans to hire about 170 staff members.
